Since 1995, Primary Cableworks, Inc. (PCW) has been a leading low-voltage contractor and service company in Southern California. PCW’s employees and technicians are experts in every aspect of low-voltage electrical work. PCW is a licensed and certified C-7 low-voltage contractor specializing in designing, installing, and splicing copper and fiber optic cabling and plants. We are also certified security door access installers with Assa Abloy, Transact Campus, Inc., and S2 Security. As a Certified California Small Business and Licensed Public Works Contractor, PCW can handle any job, large or small.
Primary Cableworks, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Gregory Porcu, a Cable System Designer for the Mirage Corporation, and Martin Archer, a Project Supervisor with Johnson Controls.
Mr. Porcu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems and participated in creating The Claremont College’s Telecommunications Standards Document, authored by Karmel Clark-Hoff. Mr. Porcu also oversees all security access door projects, including California State University Long Beach and California State University Los Angeles.
Mr. Archer has been the Field Supervisor for Primary Cableworks, Inc. since its inception and has overseen every project for The Claremont Colleges, Redlands Community Hospital, and many others, including California State University Los Angeles.
